At Squishable.ca, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
